I have gone to Dr. Clay for about 10 years and she is very knowledgable and skilled in her field. I just recently began using the Tri-Core pillow that they offer, and it has been a game changer for me. I used to get up at night every 2-3 hours with low quality sleep, and since using the pillow I can sleep soundly for 5-6 hours without getting up. I have also been able to sleep on my back for portions of the night, which has never happened before. They have quality service and products.
