I love her! A spot opened up on her schedule and I was happy to take it. I have a rare disease, Sickle Cell Anemia, and wanted someone that would listen to me and give honest, accurate advice. She does both. My established providers wanted me to move from depo to another form of BC in order to protect my bones. She was very knowledgable on different options. I look forward to my next appointment with her, because at this point we have established a relationship. If you are looking for someone in the OBGYN space that you can trust, give her a try!

Kristin is extremely knowledgeable! Her willingness to listen and offer solutions to my concerns provided such a warm environment and made me feel safe. She's also very personable and thoroughly communicates so that the patient is informed and empowered to ask questions. Highly recommend her as a provider with a range of experience and an advocate for her patients.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This doctor is very personable and friendly. But behind that warm smile, she will not take your concerns seriously. As long as everything is standard care and you are under 30, I'm sure that the experience would be fine. She has zero education in menopause issues and frankly, doesn't care to learn. I pointed out that I was given a menopause medication at a dose that the FDA and manufacturer stated is a non-therapeutic and ineffective dose for menopause symptoms and she told me to find another provider. Classy. I'm glad I don't have something like endometriosis or something where I could experience the joy of her telling me it's all in my head.

I have a complex health history, so I have been to many inadequate doctors and NPs. Kristin is not one of them. The office itself was very warm. Kristin was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. I deeply appreciate her care.

She was clueless of my condition nor did she want to test me for something that once I convinced her to test me for voilà it ended up being positive. She gave me the bare minimum antibiotic treatment and 7 days instead of 14 days. She refused to extend the antibiotic and once I made a dr appointment a week later with Dr Ashley Benda that I sat patiently for while having painful symptoms, she cancelled that appointment on me with no notification. Pasadena obgyn is a joke and don’t know what they are doing but wasting peoples time.
