Kristin Rygg, PA was pretty cold towards me. The appointment felt rushed. I didn’t feel like a human in her care. I felt like an object she moved around and looked at. She spoke so quickly it was hard to grasp everything she was saying and noting. After she removed a few moles, I had questions but she ran out of the room so quickly, like her house was on fire, that I didn’t have a chance to ask. I won’t be back here. What is wrong with our healthcare system?

Timeliness

I had to get a couple of shots in my neck. I was jumpy and tensed up. She was patient in calling me down and informed me of any possible issues, including I approved of the recommended treatment.

Dr. Rygg is so professional, very proficient in her information about each procedure and explains everything while not assuming that the patient is cognizant of every detail!.

This was the first time I saw Kristin Rygg and was very impressed both with her bedside manner, professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness. She takes time to explain things and I never felt rushed. This is one of those special doctors who is very warm and “real”. I felt more like I was visiting a good friend that genuinely cares as opposed to a cold clinical “old school” doctor. Her staff is excellent. Very friendly, and Britany, the esthetician was great with answering my questions. I also appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to sell me something. They are exceptional. A very positive experience and I highly recommend.
