She was very rushed and uninterested in spending time listening. I addressed something that was of significant concern to me and she said that I shouldn't worry about it because I would have bigger things to worry about?! Very frustrating. She kept suggesting opiates to manage my pain and after I told her I was very against them as many people become addicted she said that I would have to decide if quality of life was important to me. Was hoping to discuss ways to manage truly heal not mask pain

I went to SOS for a second opinion, expecting to be evaluated. Kristin barely touched me or asked me any questions. She knew from my records what she was going to do. She ordered a second MRI in 18 months, even though my condition had not changed and she had already decided she would refer me for an injection. It felt like a money-driven assembly line. She answered my questions, she just didn't seem interested in having me participate in my care. I could have been a cardboard cutout.
