Condescending much?

I think her heart's in the right place but during our time on the phone, she shared our child's results with a condescending tone. If I were a combative parent or a 'Karen' it may have been an issue.

We have had interaction with this NP through Johns Hopkins Pediatric GI. We are not happy with Ms. Norko. She comes across very condescending. While she will spend time with you, her manner of speaking does not seem kind. She did not take my child's situation very seriously while the MD, when finally speaking to her, was much more concerned. I can not recommend her.
