Knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and is able to go as deep tissue as you need. She helped me workout tough sports and stretches during heavy training cycles for high intensity races like a fast 5k or Sprint tri, up to long endurance training cycles like an Ironman. She's incredible for a competitive athlete!
