Would give a negative start but it wasn't an option. Does not refer you to a specialist when necessary. Ongoing problem that is visible and painful daily for 2 years and still continues to treat without referral even when requested. This is out of scope practice when treating and diagnosing a problem that continues to worsen. This kind of unconcerned treatment gets people killed everyday.

It’s very sad that one of her patients is very sick with Covid and she would not send in a prescription for ear infection. It was her office who said the ears looked bad to start with. However they didn’t do anything about it. Only did the COVID TESTING. SAID I WOULD NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FO MY EAR INFECTION. I thought I was to stay quarantined not to spread my sickness. Just to sick to go sit in my car for two hours waiting to see a doctor.

Kristie was excellent at making me feel like I was the only patient she was providing care for in an office full of patients. She really took the time to listen to me and explain every thing she was going to do such as lab work and the prescribed medications. I will trust her with my entire family.
