Nice but unorganized. Often had her own children there, who'd continually come into the room and interrupt my daughter's therapy. She gave my daughter worksheets to do after asking her what she was studying in school because she hadn't planned a speech session. She sat there silently doing a worksheet instead of speech therapy. Started late, wasted a lot of time, and ended early. All with a big bill. Had no idea what was the cause of the speech issues with my daughter and didn't help her all.

Aspen Speech Therapy is wonderful- I'm forever grateful to the therapists and staff who have helped my son communicate. He has made extraordinary gains in his overall language skills since we started him at Aspen Speech Therapy!

Completely unprofessional. Charged double what they said they would. She overslept and missed an appt. but charged us anyway. Didn't do a comprehensive eval but charged nearly $300 for one. Takes him back late every session and brings him out early (charging $125/30min session!) and doesn't have a plan or anything ready so wastes 5+ min every appt making up her mind what to do. Let's others walk in and interrupt sessions. Just wants to take your $ and has no interest in children. Overbooks room

Always starts late and finishes early. Doesn't have a therapy plan and he initial evaluation was way off. She said my child has no speech, but she can speak ALOT, just not as much as her peers. Said she is picky about foods and textures when I expressly said she is no pickier than the average toddler. I wonder if she made the initial eval look awful so she can make it look like she gets great results. Soooooo loud in the office. Overbooks patient rooms so sometimes we get stuck in the hall
