When i saw Kristi Fury she was thorough, listened well, and followed up on conditions. Professional in every way.

I've been with Duke City since 2014. I originally started with Dr. Hazen and he is truly amazing. I stayed with Kristi and over time she became less responsive to my needs, her attention dropped and her staff was incredibly rude when I would follow up. She was not timely in RX refills or necessary referrals and again, her staff was rude when I would have to repeatedly follow up. I ultimately made the decision to change providers and save myself $65 a month after waiting over a month for a call back from the doctor regarding prescriptions, to which I still have not received.

She is very nice however, I think she over prescribes medication that is not necessary. She put me on thyroid medicine when my thyroid levels were in the normal range. After getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion from other Doctors, they both disagreed with her. She also tries to push hormone pellets which was also not necessary. I will not return to this practice. Does not have your best interest in mind.

At first, she was responsive to our family's needs but after two years and as an established patient, her attention dropped. She was not timely in RX refills or necessary referrals. Her bedside manner is great but ultimately we had to switch providers after being lied to about a biopsy referral that was almost a week late. Office hours are tricky too. Friday closing at noon, all other days open 9-4 not 8-5.
