Dr. Kristi Compton, PHD

Dr. Compton did a psychological analysis of my son while he was in the Dallas jail in 2022. I paid her $5000.00 for this service. I have completed and forwarded to her office the completed HIPPA form to have the analysis released to me. To this day, I have not received anything from Dr Compton, except her email texts that she was extremely busy and very sorry for the delay. Dr Compton assured me she would write a review of her analysis but to date no report has been received, or any reply despite several phone and emails. She was paid for her services which include a phone interview of me and 2 in person interviews and tests of my son. I hope she will reply to this concern without having to contact bhec in Austin. Thank you

Her diagnostic skills and forensic evaluations are highly respected by both prosecutors and defense attorneys in Collin County. Because she is hired by the prosecution in some cases, and by defense counsel in others, her opinions and testimony are very difficult to attack. Dr. Compton is a highly credible expert witness who really knows her stuff.
