Kristen has helped me so much already. It's so nice to talk to someone that you know cares about you and the things you've been through. Kristen is very attentive and understanding, but most of all genuine. I highly recommend Kristen to anyone that seeks healing. I feel optimistic for the first time in years.

I have been seeing Kristen for about a year. She is warm, kind and provides a comforting atmosphere so people feel safe. She has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life, I am so thankful I found her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Was not clear or very experienced, performed EMDR on me for my past trauma (EMDR is supposed to only be used for people with PTSD), I ended up worse and got caught in a vicious self-destructive of past memories being stirred up. Experienced everything from hallucinations to severe anxiety and depression that I'm still recovering from with having stopped going to her I we half a year ago. She ignored my cries for help and questionings of why I was becoming worse. Please do not take your child.
