I went into my appointment knowing nothing about Kristen's medical background, and I was pleasantly surprised. Efficiently but thoroughly, she gathered all the information she needed to know about my health condition. Unfortunately, we did not reach a diagnosis (needed different specialist department), but it was clear she had done everything within her specialty to find any clues and answer questions.
