Exceptional Experience
Dr. Shepherd was beyond professional and knowledgeable. She gave me the most thorough exam both physically and verbally that I have ever had. She was extremely friendly which put me at ease right away. She answered every question and provided me every resource I might need including advice, doctor recommendations and needed meds. Highly recommend her!!

Wonderful!
During my first appointment, I felt like my concerns were her concerns. She took me seriously and treated me like I'm the person living in my body, which hasn't always been my experience with healthcare professionals in the past. She was easy to talk to about sensitive topics, and I really feel like she cares about what she does. I look forward to future visits with her as we address some of my healthcare needs.

Fantastic Experience!
I saw her in place of my normal NP due to busy schedules and she is now my regular NP. She’s incredibly kind, validating, informative and respectful. She is advocating and empowers patients to be in control of their own body and their health.As a mom of two, with a complicated last pregnancy and current GYN concerns, I could not be more grateful to have Kristen Shepherd as a part of my care team.

The Best
She's a FANTASTIC NP. I mean.. I'm 35, I've had some not so great experiences, and some pretty good ones, but Kristen made my husband and I feel heard, understood, and hopeful, and felt like we walked out with all of the facts about our situation. I needed a minor procedure done, and was very nervous! But she helped me so much. I feel like if I lost my in-network insurance, I would pay out of pocket to see her anyway.
