I had an appointment for a ear issue. While I was there, I asked about egg fertility just as a question. Kristen had no idea about it and spent the rest of the consultation researching on her computer about it. Offering me no real advice, other than on my actual appointment (for my ear). Post appointment I get a fat bill of over $300 in the mail, she billed the appointment against fertility and not my actual reason for going in. Beware, this is not the ask your doc anything kind of appointment.
