Awful, neglectful
If I could leave zero stars I would. Kristen has no empathy and does not listen to patients concerns and goes against what is recommended by what is suggested by providers who read my images. Kristen refused to write an order for a breast MRI even though my report clearly stated one was recommended. I am now having to see another provider with additional out of pocket expenses.
