She did not listen to me. Extremely dismissive doctor who did not listen to my concerns. Saw another doctor and thank god I did. Rude and unprofessional. I suggest u find someone else

She listened to my concerns and did an very thorough exam and even referred me to physicians for annual visits.

When I have actually seen Kristen, she has always been pleasant and there was not a long wait. However, there seems to be a problem with scheduling and general customer service. I had 4 separate appointments canceled over a 5 month period, thus I was never able to see Kristen. I have asthma and when trying to refill my inhaler was told I had to come in or do without. When I stated I simply didn't have time right now, which is why I tried for 5 months prior to...there was no response. I stated I'd just find an urgent care clinic that could see me after hours and received "Okay. Have a nice day" as a response. I will not return to this office and will be making certain all parties I know are aware of how patients are treated at this office. It is pretty upsetting that my ability to breathe is less important than billing for an unnecessary office visit.

Kristen is great. She is attentive and really cares for her patients.
