If you're willing to put in the work, she is amazing. If you want to go in and just talk, I do not recommend her. Her goal is to get you in and out with long lasting results. When I relapse, she is always there to help get me back on track.
I did not want to have to keep going to a therapist for years and was hesitant at first. I was so relieved when I realized she wanted you to actually get better. Do the homework she assigns and actually come ready.
