Kristen is a wonderful person to talk to about challenging things. I always felt safe with Kristen, she has a real gift (and experience) for listening and asking thoughtful questions. Because I felt safe with Kristen, I was able to consider her questions as non-artfully as she asked them. It allowed for an wonderful openness, and I could confront lifelong hard things in my life more quickly than ever. She also suggested great readings. I am so grateful to Kristen for my growth this past year.
