Professional, intelligent, thorough, knows her stuff, compassionate, understanding, listens to what you say, thoroughly explains in laymen's terms, remembers what is going on with you, is always right on top of things. If you have other issues that send you to specialty doctors i.e. immunology Kristen explains it better than the specialty doctor. She helps you to see why one option is better then the other. She is everything you would want in a doctor.
