Kristen always is thorough and explains everything of concern. However, I noticed at my recent visit that the office was not clean. There was urine left in an open container in a bathroom they put me in to leave my specimen. Also I was put in a room as soon as the previous person left so nothing was wiped down. This does not reflect on Kristen but on the office.
