Krista is a thorough provider and supporte dme patiently through my challenges and her expertise. We worked together from the beginning of the pandemic until recently and she transparently supported my struggles with technology while learning the curve herself.

Dr. Krista works hard to provide education and return calls when I have questions. She spends a lot of time during appointments which takes more time to go over everything and ask questions. She provides therapy during her appointments. I am impressed how she multi targets my needs and taught me how to navigate the telehealth platform

I seen her for treatment for 2 years. At first I was upset, due to the pandemic my first appointment was changed to tele-heath. I waited in the virtual office for a few minutes. After getting to meet her, know her and understand her treatment I realized that sometime things have to be done with technology and slight wait times may happen. I learned to understand this better because she takes all the time she needs to answer your questions and explain things. The wait times have always been normal and within a few minutes. After 2 years doing life virtually because of COVID I understand much better and found that Krista has been one of the most thorough people I have interacted with.

I saw Krista Moss for a short time through Sunrise Counseling. Though she was knowledgeable in her field, it wasn't worth it for me. Since she has been conducting her appointments via telehealth, she had been unreliable in calling at my scheduled appointment times, and would instead call either too early or too late when I wasn't ready. She was also very difficult to get in contact with so when I needed medication refills, I wouldn't get them. I had gone days without a medication which is unsafe and unprofessional on her end. Her excuse was that she was always at her other job. ? People still need their medication. Keep this in mind if you choose to go with her.
