Krissy is an excellent provider and extremely knowledgeable. She cares, is very approachable and easy to be totally honest with. I am so fortunate to have Krissy on my team of medical providers !!

Ms English is superb. Great expertise, listens attentively, very concerned and caring. She takes her time and gathers as much information as possible to reach a diagnosis and provide you with a correct and thorough treatment plan. She is kind, congenial, and has a sense of humor which is important in this area. My conditions have greatly improved since I have been under her care. I have seen many mental health practitioners over the years, and , none better than Ms English. I very much trust her judgment and when I leave the appointment, I feel good and confident that I have received excellent care. In addition, her nurse is very competent, caring and friendly. I never have a problem getting an appointment within the time frame I need to see her. In sum, very highly recommend Ms English!

Refused to see me because I was checked in 5-10 minutes later than my appointment time. Didn’t get a confirmation email. Had to google the address. Wasn’t told that my appointment was canceled until I’d completed all my paperwork. Very concerned to see a doctor that doesn’t practice grace, especially in this field. If a provider isn’t willing to acknowledge inclement weather or any other circumstances that may lead to a minimal delay (while simultaneously leaving a patient waiting for 20 minutes to tell them about it), I can only imagine they’ve forgotten that their patients are human.

She is a caring and knowledgeable provider, highly recommend!

I attempted to schedule with this provider as a new patient. My new patient appointment was rescheduled by the office several times. When I arrived, finally, for my appointment, I got there 25 minutes early. First, I went into the restroom and then walked into the office 16 minutes before my appointment time, I was told that I had to reschedule because I had to be there 20 minutes before my appointment time to fill out paperwork. I explained that I had been there 25 minutes early, but that I had been in the restroom, which was a necessity, and then walked into the office 16 minutes early to do paperwork. I was still told I had to reschedule. After their office rescheduled my appointment several times prior to me ever even getting there, I finally get there, four minutes after they wanted me to be because I was in the restroom and they wouldn’t see me. It is absolutely no wonder why people in Southwest Florida are having issues with getting in, in a timely manner, to see doctors. That was a whole slot for a new patient appointment that got wasted this morning because I was in the bathroom for four minutes longer than they wanted me to be. I would not recommend trying to make an appointment at this office to anyone. it has been a ridiculous nightmare just trying to get in the front door.

She took the time to learn about me, listened and quickly came up with providers and ideas to help my current medical conditions. A+

Krissy is both thorough and thoughtful in her approach. There were a few new medical issues and she shared them in a manner that put me at ease. I never felt rushed as she answered all my questions with patience and reassurance! I highly recommend Krissy!
