Office staff are pretty friendly. For most of the past year & a half Ive seen her she had taken on to many patients & U would have to wait almost 2 hours after your appointment time to see her. But she recently just bought on another nurse practitioner to help her, which has gotten rid of the long wait time for the appointments that you scheduled, but her & her office are horrible at when your prescription needs a prior authorization for certain insurances it’s like pulling teeth trying to get it done to be able to get your medication when that problem comes up. Also recently she has been sending people to the lab next-door for the urine test & that lab has been giving incorrect results to people, Multiple patients of hers which then made the patients look badUntil now recently she has brought in an outside lab into her office with 1 of the lab Employees now in her office collecting the urine samples.!!

She is horrific and actually ended up getting fired. She had me go days without meds bc she forgot to put the RX through. Does not care about patients whatsoever. Nightmare to deal with.
