My daughter was going to this physical therapy for 6 mos. One day we went in and the lady in the office said that our ins was not paying. I went outside and called my ins and they told me that it was never submitted. When I went in to tell her she got on the phone and acted like she called them. Was on there about one min. Hung up and said she couldn't get through and that your daughter is not allowed back at their physical therapy.
