Dr. Koch was very professional during my exam. He gave me an in depth overview of my eye health and was able answer every question I had. I will definitely be returning to him for my future exams.

Dr Koch massively undercorrected my prescription which I realized within 20 minutes of leaving his office. Now 3 visits and over a month later I still don't have the correct glasses prescription. Essentially the only reason I went to him was because I could get in quickly and I needed the script. Now I understand why he has so much availability. I've not had such a poor experience with an optometrist in over 20 years of requiring vision correction.
