Kirsten Wendth, LCSW

I was a patient of Kirsten's for about 2 years. She really helped me manage my ADHD symptoms and build self esteem. She helped me build a strong emotional toolset to manage a variety of different situations. I would love to continue therapy with her, but I have since moved. Highly recommend!

Kirsten’s advice for those with relationship anxiety is simply “just distract yourself with something else!” She is always two minutes late to join our sessions and ends ten minutes early, so we really shouldn’t be charged for an hour. But the worst was when she didn’t give me a join link, I emailed ten min before my appointment to ask for one and waited, checking my email until three minutes past my appointment time. I left my computer at that point and she emailed me to say I would get a late cancel charge! Are you kidding me? I should be charging HER for wasting my time!

Kirsten is very helpful and I like her collaborative therapy style. I feel better in the weeks since I have been seeing her for an anxiety disorder.

Kirsten Wendth/Miles d did not treat me, although I was charged for her service. As someone seeking mental health support, having your appointment cancelled and being charged without treatment is extremely discouraging. I would not recommend Caring Heart Counseling or Kirsten Wendth / Miles to anyone. Terrible terrible counselor and made me feel worse about everything rather than better
