She was kind and caring. Professional and swift in changing the bandage over my knee incision & quickly replaced it with another bandage. I told her my knee was in pain because my husband has the shingles and is very sick. I have had to do almost everything for myself. She noted that my knee was swollen & she said to elevate my leg & rest it more. She reordered my pain medication. I appreciate her seeing me and caring for my knee.

Interested in me as a patient. Answered questions thoroughly-and spoken clearly. When she came in room, she knew of the concerns I had previously called in to ask. Gentle but confident in hands-on care. Serious but light-hearted in her treating me and my caregiver ( husband). I left appointment feeling knowledgeable of my recovery and treated extremely well.
