I changed Medicare prescription plans at the first of the year so Kirsten patiently went over the changes and how they were all similar and did much the same as older drugs did.

She prescribed needed new medications and asked about whether I needed other renewed. But since I was seeing a colleague in 12 days for a wellness visit, I said it could wait until then. She also asked if I had other issues I wanted to discuss besides the one that precipitated my visit.
