I had a retinal photograph taken but was not told I would be charged extra. If I was told I would be charged I would not have opted for it. I asked for a refund and Dr. Mahan refunded me and still had the audacity to charge me $10 and then laughed at me. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Mahan as there are many optometrists who do not charge for a retinal photograph and the fee is included in the general eye exam.
