I have to say this was a complete waste of our time. He tended to choose sides. He offered email if needed. I should say don’t use email if you use him for anything. I now understand email to him to ask for another therapist was met with huge hostility and passive agressive anger to me. I should not have emailed I agree now, he did a remarkably bad job in firing me as a client. I felt unsafe in the closed room and am considering reporting him as unstable and unfit as a counseling professiona

He will find ways to help you that broaden thoughts on relationships and interactions. He will listen to you, and I mean truly listen to you and not try to fit your feelings into a formula that will supposedly fix your problems.
