I felt that she really listened to my concerns and was honest about her recommendations. In the past, when I have done video visits with other medical professionals, I felt like they were rushing me to get of the call. But with Kim, everything felt like a normal in person visit, she was thorough and listened to all my concerns. She also explained everything in understandable details and did not speak over my head.

Kim comes into each appointment ready to listen. She gets so creative in ways I can be healthy in my complex lifestyle (travel all week for work, rarely home, etc etc). I have always been reluctant to go to the doctor but Kim makes me comfortable and always gets to the root of any issue. Highly recommend Kim and the Firefly experience.

Kim is very open minded and a good listener, she is never dismissive which is so important for someone with/trying to get a diagnosis for a chronic illness. She is happy to consult with another doctor or specialist and/or make referrals. She (and the firefly team) is also willing to help find me referrals when I’m not in MA (I travel full time). The one bummer is that I don’t have the option to see her in person if I want something looked at physically.
