Emailed and left a detailed voicemail. Never got back to us. Pretty sad considering she is supposed to be the supporting type of person. Don’t bother.

I reached out through email, which Kimberly said was the best way to reach her, in an attempt to schedule an appointment. I gave a brief overview of my reason for needing therapy and provided my insurance information. I received a short, impersonal response 9 days later where she did not even attempt to recommend any other help I could possibly seek at the time after saying she could not take me on as a client. Thankfully, I had already reached out to another therapist AND scheduled an appointment with them. I can only imagine if I had been struggling and only reached out to her for help. I would not recommend for anyone looking for a professional and polite experience. i
