I found her to be unapproachable and at times unfriendly. She interpreted my questions as criticisms . After one appointment when I was in great pain, I waited in the examining room for over 45 minutes while she chatted and laughed in the next room with a patient who was obviously a friend. I decided to leave because I couldn't sit in the hard chair any longer. After that, our relationship went downhill, she treated me coldly and I finally asked for another PA to handle my case.
