Demeaning and belittling

She was unorganized and unprepared to say the least I was given a video exam by her for VA I’m hearing impaired States it right in my VA file .She had problems with the VES program from the start, if I had to guess I would say I was her first ever VA examination or with any patient for that matter. She got very agitated irritated, and became very disrespectful towards me because I could not hear because she was mumbling and irritated at the VES program. And I wear hearing aids. I even filed a complaint with VES and veterans affairs because of the way she acted towards me . I definitely would not recommend this provider.
