I started out really liking this office. I was referred for testing and the testing came back that I need surgery 6 weeks ago. Have not been able to get the referral to the surgeon. I've called, I've left messages, I've used patient portal for messages. There are no appointments available for weeks. Guess I'll be starting the new year with a new dr and going through all the hoops over again.

Dr. Kimberly Jerome - Professionalism
She had referred me to a radiologist due to a thyroid issue that I wasn't aware of, so when I called her office for clarification her team indicated that Dr. Kim had already seen my test results from last year. The professionalism to detail and the care shown demonstrate a physician - team who truly cares and respects their patient. Every time I visit her office for medical reasons, my visitations is always met with love and respect.

Love P A Bouldry....she filled in at the family medical center in poinciana when I had an appt. She is very attentive and polite...different than the usual care I get at this clinic. Wish she she was permanently assigned in poinciana.
