She is non judgemental and PATIENT and VERY down to earth. She has helped me navigate leaving an abuser,being in a shelter with 3 kids, him stalking me when i did get my own place, losing 1 child, 1 going to college. Filing good cause, Having no vehicle for 2 years, my mom dying,ptsd,ocd,schizoeffective , learning and growing having boundaries and teaching me the difference between healthy and unhealthy in family and relationships. Teaching me how to advocate for myself while being an advocate for me. Teaching me how I can advocate for my children in a way that is healthy and polite and not aggressive or irratic and me looking 'crazy' and irrational. She is honest in a very gentle way :) so I don't embarrass myself!! No laundry baskets in counseling offices ;) lol how to be self aware. She taught me how my emotions have an effect on my children's. Having lived with neglect and apuse as a child teen I am learning healthy family relationships boundaries how to care for myself an home.
