Kim is so great at including me via telephone when my aunt is there and/or sending a message through the portal to let me know how appointment went. Kim is very thorough and is really able to connect with my aunt to be able to address her needs.

Kim Hand contacted me (the activated POA for healthcare) since I was unable to attend my aunt's appointment. We were able to go over what had been occurring in the past months with my aunt's health. She is a very caring provider and is committed to ensuring the best health for my aunt.

If there was a category of "Exceptional",I would select that regarding Kim Hand. She is kind and knowledgeable, a great listener, and thoughtful in her recommendations. She took the time to review my chart, which has comments from another doctor, so she was well informed when we started. Everything she did was much appreciated.
