My child has been seeing Dr. Donelson for a couple of years now and I have never had a problem with her or the staff. It is very surprising, especially in a world that is "hurry up and go". The staff will explain things in laymans terms and multiple times if necessary. I can always reach someone on the phone and the staff is always very friendly. I would recommend this doctor and I have before.
