no show on the first telehealth appointment. Her office sent email and phone text reminders the day before and yet I waited for 35 minutes and still screen says "The session has not been started by your clinician. Once they start the session, you will be able to join." This psychologist clearly does not care about her patients nor customer service. Terrible!
