She really helped me treat my binge eating disorder. I got really busy with schoolwork after a few months of sessions and had to stop, but the ways she challenged my disordered thoughts planted the seeds for recovery. I haven't binged in many months and have a much better relationship with food. Kimberlee is also just super patient, kind, and a great listener.
