I believe this practitioner is competent however she runs her office as if it were a manicure parlor. She and her obsequious phone answering guy would do well to heed the words of Doctor Ben Casey "Adversity seldom picks a convenient time to strike". So. unless you are prescient enough to know 3 weeks in advance when you may need her services, I would look elsewhere or lay in a big supply of analgesic.
