This 'Doctor' has no professionalism, courtesy, or respect. She hangs up on patients and has the audacity to say she is too busy when asked why? If she is not able to perform her duties professionally, then she needs another job. Terrible personality, even worse ethically.

I rarely write reviews but felt it was necessary to share my terrible experience with others so that they do not have to suffer the same experience when they are seeking medical help. I had a virtual visit schedule for today. This was for a refill of my medicine. Her first question was a logical one (when had I last had bloodwork) I responded that I was unsure. She looked at my chart and informed me it had been over a year. I replied hmmm, since I did not realize it had been so long. Her response was a mocking repeat of my hmm in the same tone. Followed by a reprimand of my previous appt history. I understand better than anyone the effect of not caring for myself physically, and I think the time would have better been served coming up with a plan to address it. I would have come in physically had she suggested that instead she wanted me to listen to a rebuke from one adult to another. I asked her to refrain from reprimanding me, she overtalked demeaned me and finally ended the call.
