NP Patel is condescending and dismissive. At the beginning of my appointment she basically told me I was not going to be seen by a doctor at this practice. After further discussion, it was revealed that no one had looked at my images. My neurologist would not have referred me here for no apparent reason. While putting me through the neurological tests the doctors put you through in office, I was struggling with a couple of them. NP Patel stopped, talked to me in a condescending tone and explained what she was asking. I informed here that I understood but that I was struggling to perform the tasks. I hope that when I see the doctor in this office that I have a much better experience.
