I chose Dr. Smith to see my husband & myself because he is a member of the Central Pasco Chamber. The staff & Dr. Smith are warm, friendly and professional. My husband's exam detected he had experienced a stroke in his right eye and needed to see a retina specialist immediately. Dr. Smith was calm and reassuring as he explained what that meant and answered our questions. The staff called Dr. Tarabishi who saw him as soon as we got to his office. Dr. Smith's thoroughness saved Hal's eyesight.
