I have received excellent care at this office from Dr. Bichler. My husband goes there too and he is glad to have Dr. Bichler as his physician also.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Kevin for my health care for well over a decade (how time sure flies). Within that time each and every encounter with him and his staff has been flawless. From the moment one walks in one just feels an ambiance of welcoming warmth. The staff is friendly and professional. Making an appt is a breeze. I've never known a medical professional who is so consistently on time. Rarely am I able to finish an article in any of the magazines in the waiting area. Kevin is such a pleasure to speak with and always answers any questions I may have as well as making sure that I don't have any unanswered before leaving. He is very personable with the best bedside manner. If you are looking for one of the best, if not the best, healthcare professionals I very much recommend Optimal Healthcare. I really is a one-of-a-kind place.

What a great Person and Doctor. He listens to you and his bed side manor is impeccable. Everyone in his office is just a fabulous. I would recommend him to anyone.....

I can't say enough about how wonderful these folks are. Always, and I mean always, going beyond and doing extra. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin and Janice over the years. They listen to what one has to say even when others make you feel like less of a patient (CHAS comes to mind first). They see you as an individual and don't lump a person into a group and then make assumptions. I simply cannot put into words how exceptional their business is. Thank you for being who you are :) !
