Dr Ketki Vyas is very kind and knowledgeable. She was very patient as she listened to my concerns and gave me a good routine to help me with my back pain and sciatica. Her staff is also very caring and professional and they also assisted me when I had my appointments there. I really felt cared for and that the physical therapy helped me a lot with my pain.

I had severe pain in my heel and arc support area and was referred to Dr. Ketki Vyas by our family friend. RIght from day one when I started my therapy Dr. Vyas and her staff were very co-operative and helpful. Two month ago my symptoms were in near worst condition but Dr. and her staff with therapy made sure and helped me so much that all my pain almost subdue by 90%. The facility is very neat and tidy, followed all procedure in stricter manner. I would highly recommended NewHorizon physical therapy as the Dr. Ketki and her staff is very knowledgeable and awesome people. They even assisted me in guiding the procedure after my therapy was over.

Doctor Vyas knows how to treat her patients according to their needs, and she is always making sure the patient is comfortable by asking for their input and making sure they are heard. Her staff is very friendly as well, and they are helpful and caring. I have been going to them for so many years now and they have treated me and my condition so well. I have recommended so many family members to this facility because everyone that works here is amazing, and they truly care for their patients. Zilly, and Hershey (two of the employees) are not just great at their jobs but they are also great human beings. They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to Dr. Vyas for sciatica and hip impingement. After the first session, I was already feeling the difference. She takes her time to listen, and her care for my condition was wonderful. Each session was efficient and done in a timely manner.

My mom had a full knee replacement surgery and we used this place for rehab (3 times a week for 5 months). I saw my mom go from not walking/low confidence to a full recovery with their help. Dr.Vyas is very friendly, helpful and courteous - they are accommodating to all of the scheduling needs as well.

I've been going to New Horizons for 2 years, and I would highly recommend using their services. Ketki, Hershey & Zelli make a wonderful team that is always helpful & pleasant to work with. They've recently moved into a great new location that has plenty of parking, and a short walk to the entrance.
