1) arrogant & dismissive,, reluctant too answer questions
2) totally misfiagnosed my problem(s) --- prescribed eyeglasses that were totally 100% USELESS

I went to see Dr. Casimir because I needed new gas permeable hard bifocal contact lenses. She did the exam and then I was fitted for new lenses. Six weeks after my initial appointment, I hadn’t heard from them , so I called. Turns out nobody ever ordered my lenses. Huh? Isn’t that someone’s JOB?
Today I finally went to pick the lenses up, two months later. Guess what?! No bifocals! That’s most of the reason I wanted new lenses. The level of incompetence is breathtaking. Stay away!

Terrible experience! I would give zero stars. She was disrespectful, degrading and unprofessional with me. She did not respect that I am allergic to the drops that dialate your eyes. She did not care and wanted to give it to me anyways after repeatedly telling her no. She scolded me like I was a child and for not obeying. She was so unprofessional with me that I left the office in tears and felt very violated and humiliated. Also waited an hour to get in, it was an empty office.

Seeing that I had never met Dr. Casimir, I didn'the know how our doctor /patient relationship would go. Dr. Casimir has excellent bedside manner. I felt comfortable asking her questions and receiving answers direct and to the point.
Very quick and professional visit.
