{Staff name removed}, a tech in the post OR was truly amazing and caring. I would like to nominate her for an award and recommend that she receive the highest pay increase in her performance review. She was able to keep me very calm and handled all things above and beyond what she needed to do, and I very much appreciated her efforts.

This was my first major surgery, so it's been quite an experience for me. The staff made me feel very comfortable by being respectful when checking on my incisions and allowing me to ask all questions, no matter how "silly" they may have felt to me.

I feel like they need to be a little more fast at the waiting room, I got to the emergency room and they didn't get me to my room after 12 hours keep in mind my pain was a 9 . My best experience was at building 3 every one their was amazing so nice and thank you Dr Upadhyaya, Kirtan
