This is the most arrogant, the most narcissistic individual i have ever come across. A true disgrace for nurses. Very condescending, very demeaning, racist and discriminatory. She shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near people.

Like the other review I have to agree! Guess work at its best, very undecided couldn't make the correct decision for treatment I had to go to a different urgent care facility!

Guessing is not acceptable when diagnosing a child with a fever. Stated "She may have the flu, she may not. What is the difference?" When people are dying from the flu, it is a huge difference. When I arrived at the office, I made it very clear that I wanted my child tested for the flu. After waiting almost 3 hours, I was told they don't have any flu swabs. When I stated I would go somewhere else then, I was told "you're getting billed anyway".
