Was a bit of a wait in the waiting room, but the wait was most definitely worth it. Kerri is amazing. It was my first appointment with her and she raised my expectations for a healthcare provider. Will definitely be going back and recommending her to anyone looking for a family specialist. She was so kind and patient during my visit and she made sure we built some kind of trust before digging into my problems, which I appreciate. I also appreciate how she isn’t one to just throw random medications at you, she actually likes to study your body first and make sure she picks the right meds. Loved the way she does things and will most definitely be my first choice any other time.

I have been a patient of Kerri Pillar at the Victoria FNP practice for a year and a half. I took a Covid test at their office last Monday, which came back positive. I find it shocking that, although I am a 63 year-old woman in a relatively high-risk category for complications, NO ONE FROM THE OFFICE EVER CALLED ONCE TO CHECK ON ME, to check on my symptoms, my status, or to offer any advise on care. A representative from the health department did call at the end of the week to check on me & was equally shocked that my health care facility had never called & clearly did not show any care for my well-being whatsoever. I am clear now on the priorities of this practice & will most definitely be changing to another care facility at my first opportunity.
